Staff we serve
Staff working with clients
We help make sure that staff who work directly with clients develop the skills and attitudes they need to increase the take-up and usage of digital financial services. This includes loan officers, relationship officers, customer service staff and call centre operators.
Staff working with agents
We help train and coach the staff responsible for identifying, recruiting, training and managing agents. These staff are sometimes known as channel banking officers, branchless banking officers, mobile banking supervisors or agent representatives.
Branch staff and managers
Through training and coaching we help build buy-in and leadership skills amongst branch managers and field supervisors for the successful implementation and expansion of digital financial services in their area.
