Pall Kvaran is a digital financial services market research and implementation expert with over 6 years of experience in private sector and agriculture development in Africa. He specializes in both quantitative and qualitative research related to digital financial services in sub-Saharan Africa and has been based in Uganda for over five years. He has strong cross-sectoral experience having sat at all sides of the table working both for and with private sector companies, NGOs and government institutions.

Pall has focused on a range of value chains, working directly with farmers companies and cooperatives focused on crops including tea, coffee, maize, cassava, matooke, dairy, beans and potatoes. Pall holds a Bachelors degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics from Bifrost University and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford.
