Catherine Le Côme

SNV Global Coordinator, Livestock

Catherine has been working for more than 15 years in rural economic development, with in-depth international experience in West and Central Africa. She joined SNV in 2008, and moved to Mali in 2010 where she is based as project manager for two innovative projects: STAMP and MODHEM implemented in Mali and Burkina Faso respectively — both using geo-satellite data to help pastoralists plan their herd migration pathways via mobile phones.

PHB Associate Consultant DFS

Simon Priollaud has 10 years of experience in the Digital Financial Services area and is an Associate Consultant with PHB Development with a focus on Digital Products. In a nutshell, Simon worked and supported more than 35 Digital Financial Services Projects (regulators, MNOs, Microfinance Institutions, NGOs, banks, VSLAs..) over more than 20 countries.
